I have been visiting Julie for the last 2-3 years for remedial massage. Julie always manages to focus on my areas of issue and works the pain away to a point that I can train at the gym with ease.
Nobody gets my tight quads quite like Julie!
Professional, friendly and understanding! An expert in her field!

Julie has been my body mechanic for over a decade. I often refer to her as my body mechanic because she has all the knowledge, tools, and intuition as to what my body needs to function well and for different reasons.

Massage techniques including dry needling, cupping, stretching and even some hot stones have kept my body pretty much injury free for many years.

Like all endurance athletes, you learn very quickly that when you ask a lot of your body - you need to give back.

After suffering Repetitive injuries in my early years, I’ve engaged in a fortnightly massage to keep my body mechanics in good condition. Julie has worked with my Physio and their rehabilitation/recovery programs to help me achieve my goals in triathlon, half Ironman, ultra marathons and a few world championship events internationally.

Building a baby is also a big demand on your body… and my trusty body mechanic Julie also helped me stay active and comfortable throughout two pregnancies.

Some things are invaluable… and finding the right person to look after your body mechanics is one of those. I highly recommend Julie Uebel - she is very good at what she does.

After spending years looking for a healthcare professional to help with my running injuries, I met Julie in 2014. As an athlete herself, she understands what injuries may occur after running hundreds of kilometres every month and how to treat them in an effective way. Julie has used dry needling not just on my legs, but also on my back, my neck, my head and my jaw. She is very knowledgeable and always happy to explain to me what is going on with my body. She is also happy to demonstrate her findings using Napoleon the skeleton. I have often try to convince Julie to start a new career in teaching dry needling to other therapists as her skills are a rare find. Julie has kept me on the road running. Without her, I would have had to take lengthy breaks to recover from injury. Julie is not just an excellent massage therapist, but also a dear friend.
