I can develop sports massage programs to improve your day-to-day performance, as well as help you recover from injury. Postural and Rehabilitation exercises and stretches can be accessed via PhysiTrack software, so you can easily view your exercises and progress.
If you have a chronic health condition or niggling pain, massage therapy can remove tension and help the body recover. Pilates or stretch therapy programs are a gentle way to improve overall strength, flexibility and fitness. I also offer pregnancy massage to support mothers before and after their delivery.
